LiverWELL Limited is endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient. Donations over AUD$2.00 are fully tax deductible but are not refundable. A Tax Deductible Receipt will automatically be emailed for all donations over AUD$2.00 provided that a valid email address is supplied.

We authorises the user to make a copy of the information on this web site for personal use only.

We will provide a refund on any Hepatitis Victoria/LiverWELL branded merchandise purchased at an event hosted by us or a registered 3rd party seller of Hepatitis Victoria/LiverWELL merchandise, providing the item purchased is returned in its present condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

A confirmation email and tax deductible receipt [KH1] [SK2] will be sent within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Cancellations of tickets occurring less than seven (7) days prior to an event will incur a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to an event will forfeit full payment. Substitutes can be made at any time.

We will not provide a refund in the following circumstances:

• The monies received is by way of a donation, unless that donation is made in error and we are advised, in writing, within 24 hours of the error being made;
• The payment to Hepatitis Victoria/LiverWELL is made for any auction item, silent auction item or raffle ticket at a Hepatitis Victoria/LiverWELL run Event;
• All payments made at events not hosted by us, but where the proceeds are subsequently donated to Hepatitis Victoria/LiverWELL.

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
Transactions will appear on any credit card statement as “LiverWELL Limited”.

We use the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology as the current industry standard. Any questions regarding our security policy can be directed to admin@hepvic.org.au.

Most banks and card issuers cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit card or may limit your liability to AUD$50.00. In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We usually deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are usually estimated to be between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your location.
