Eliminating Viral Hepatitis by 2030

This week is a momentous time in the course of history for viral hepatitis. At the 69th World Health Assembly (WHA) governments will decide whether to adopt or reject the Global Health Sector Strategy (GHSS) on viral hepatitis, which sets a goal of eliminating hepatitis B and C by 2030.

Elimination of viral hepatitis is achievable - BUT only if governments support the Strategy’s adoption. We would then no longer have to deal with the personal and financial cost of untreated viral hepatitis. Watch the video
