LiverWELL Regional Forum – Shepparton – Liver health and viral hepatitis

The LiverWELL Regional Online Forum in Shepparton aims to build workers’ understanding of liver health and viral hepatitis, along with local perspectives and referral pathways to better support the community.

This free training workshop will feature expert presenters, lived-experience speakers, and community-based health experts, which will develop understanding on:

  • how to support people in the community with viral hepatitis.
  • the care and referral pathway local to your area.

The Shepparton Forum will include:

  • A Lived Experience Speaker
  • Karen Bond, a nurse in the clinical team at Rumbalara who has been advocating for better knowledge and liver health outcomes for many years. She comes to share with us insights into the liver care pathways the clinical team at the Rumbalara Clinic offer.
  •  Elaine Cooper, a Harm Reduction Worker at Primary Care Connect in Shepparton.

Certificates of attainment and resources will be provided for those who attend the forum.
